Life in the library...
Its been a while since i've put anything on this so i better get my act together! nothing has really happened of any interest, college is extremely busy with lots of presentations and essays on at the minute, on many interesting topics from anticancer drugs to malaria, which as you know is of keen interest to me. Haven't left the library any night before 9pm this week so life as a student at the minute aint so rosey (like back in Paul and Ryans days!!!)
I haven't mentioned Galway... it was a good trip, nice food, nice hotel and most of all a free bar! student heaven or what? it was more civilised than you'd think but all and all a good time was had by all. I made(well emma made) a collage of photos from africa which turned out really well, i didnt really want to hand it over and keep it for myself. She really appreciated the present and i think alot more thought went into it than any other of the normal 21st type presents.
There is still no definate plan for this summer but I think i have to get some relevant college experience in there somewhere. I cant see myself working in a lab though, way too boring (and nerdy) for me. I'd rather be out and about working with people. I do want to get a holiday in so a possibility is to go back to africa or possibly central america for maybe 6 to 8 weeks. it may be the cheaper option and its somewhere i havent been (although i think id like to pick africa over anywhere else).
